1. Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed members of the Health and Social Care and Enterprise and Business sub-committees to the meeting. There were no apologies.
2. The Smoke-free Premises etc. (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 - Evidence Session 5
2.1 The sub-committees took evidence from the British Medical Association and the Royal College of Physicians.
2.2 The Committee would seek further evidence from Stirling University on the research they have conducted into the level of smoking on screen and the impact on public health and also the product placement of cigarettes.
3. The Smoke-free Premises etc. (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 - Evidence Session 6
3.1 The sub-committees took evidence from the Film Agency Wales.
3.2 The Committee would be provided with the full report by the Economic Social Research Centre-funded UK Centre for Tobacco Control Studies.
4. The Smoke-free Premises etc. (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 - Evidence Session 7
4.1 The sub-committees took evidence from Cardiff Council and the Chartered Institute for Environmental Health.
4.2 The Committee would be provided with the case study of film production in Northern Ireland taken from the Economic Impact of UK film Industry Report.
5. Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business:

6. Consideration of key issues and next steps
6.1 The sub committees agreed to take further oral evidence after Easter from the Minister for Health and Social Services, the Chief Medical Officer, the Minister for Business, Enterprise, Technology and Science, the Creative Industries Sector Panel and the Wales Screen Commission.
